What's the safest home exercise equipment when you have very young children in the house?

If you have young children (under three years), ending an apparently spends much time at home, and it is difficult to get to the gym. But most treadmills and stationary bikes moving parts that are dangerous for young, curious toddlers. Does home exercise equipment, child-safe, or ways to better parental control home exercise equipment you already have? Boflex! The whole thing is a system of plastic rods, which does not make weight, but the opposition and even when you pull on them or play with them they do not fall on you or beat you or something. It is very safe, I have four younger siblings and they were not injured. I would suggest to keep sports equipment in a separate room which is normally off limits (such as a bedroom, guest room or basement) and use this in a time that you do not have to monitor your child - for example if it is nap. Or alternatively you can work out who she / he is in a playpen. It is good for you to realize that exercise has many small moving parts and is not safe for a baby as I said, I am sure that the large exercise balls would be harmless and maybe even fun for a toddler! Yoga and aerobics are also good options as no equipment - just a DVD! Pilates is the surest and the size and function. Although yoga. You can find some tips of yoga here>> I would recommend you to teach yoga and form teacher.u can do jumps, jogging, too. An exercise ball! It gives you a great workout and can be fun for a child to play with! My kids have a blast with mine! ;).
